Anthropic Trademark Guidelines
These guidelines apply to your use of any trademarks owned by Anthropic, PBC or its affiliates (“our trademarks”). Our trademarks include our names, logos, brand elements, and anything we use to identify our goods and services.
- You may only use our trademarks as specifically permitted by us and only in materials we approve beforehand. We may terminate permission to use our trademarks at any time.
- Your use must comply with the most current version of these guidelines, which we may update from time to time.
- We will supply an image (or images) of the trademark(s) for your use and specific requirements regarding size, pixels, spacing, and the like. No alterations of our trademarks (changes to color, font, proportion, or otherwise) are permitted.
- You may not use our trademarks in a manner that implies Anthropic’s sponsorship or endorsement, or a relationship or affiliation with Anthropic, except as we expressly authorize.
- You may not use our trademarks in any manner that could diminish or damage the reputation of Anthropic or our goods or services. You also may not use our trademarks in any manner that in our sole discretion could tarnish, damage or otherwise diminish Anthropic’s goodwill in our trademarks.
- You must adhere to the following:
- Refrain from placing the trademarks on any background that interferes with the trademarks’ readability or display.
- Maintain a reasonable space between each side of our trademark and other graphic or textual elements.
- Do not use a trademark symbol with the trademarks.
- By using our trademarks, you agree that we own all rights to these trademarks exclusively, and any goodwill generated from your use of our trademarks inures solely to our benefit.
