We open on an incident. An alert fires in a Slack channel and, without anyone typing a prompt, Claude reads the logs, repos and runbooks, posts a first read with likely causes, drafts the fix as a pull request, briefs a responder who joins late, and has a postmortem draft waiting. Then we rewind and show how it did each step: what it read, the short instruction that made it act on its own, where it followed the playbook and where it found its own path. That is how you learn what Claude Tag is: Claude in Slack as a teammate, with people approving every action. We finish by walking through setup from settings, so you can do the same on your own channel the next day.
