A live, hands-on session on what comes after chat — Projects, Skills, and Connectors — shown on real nonprofit workflows so you can see exactly what changes at each step.
Chat is the fastest way to get something useful out of Claude. It’s also where most nonprofit teams stop — which means every conversation starts from zero, output depends on whoever’s writing the prompt, and the techniques your best people figure out never reach the rest of the team.
The teams getting outsized value have moved at least one workflow past chat. A Project that holds your grant context so no one re-explains the program. A Skill that codifies your best prompt so everyone gets the good version. A Connector that pulls donor data straight from the source instead of a pasted CSV.
This session shows that ladder live. We’ll take grant writing and run the same input through Chat, a Project, a Skill, and a Connector, pausing at each step to name what changed. Then we’ll run donor data analysis through the same pattern more quickly to prove it transfers. You’ll finish by opening your own Claude, pasting a prompt we give you, and finding out which of your workflows to move first.
Then we open the floor.
